Qualifications:

The Business Development Executive role will be a member of business unit in the Head Office lead by a Business Development Manager. As Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and assist him in sales activities that will result in achieving both topline and gross margin contribution for the business unit.
Business Development Executives (BDEs) are responsible for winning new business. The most important qualities to be successful in this role are empathy, ego and drive. BDEs will identify the needs of potential customers and sell them software products or services.
As a BDE, most of your time will be on the field. You will work within a specific territory, calling in person or by telephone to make appointments to sell products or services or negotiating sales. Other duties may include periodic sales reporting to your Manager.
The BDEs may progress to the role of Business Development Manager on showing good performance.
