Siddharth Goel CEO
Siddharth is the founder and CEO of Cellent Technologies India. Backed with a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, he has also worked with Goldman Sachs and Diamond Cluster International in the United States.
Siddharth saw the mobile phone as the platform for telecom, media, and technology convergence. India today is one of the fastest growing cellular markets in the world and it will play a strategic role in the global mobile data services industry.
Cellent Technologies is well positioned to take advantage of the tremendous growth opportunities which exist in India and beyond.

Aditya Goel Co-Founder & Director
A Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in marketing and MIS from Purdue University, Aditya heads marketing and global sales.
He's been instrumental in forging global alliances and partnerships with leading mobile operators and top multinational companies.
Aditya has an eye for opportunity and has leveraged his market know how to build Cellent's global network. His other responsibilities include finance and client servicing.

Antonio Peña Regional Director Americas
Antonio has 10 years experience in the IT industry developing different companies in Latam all with great success.
Antonio heads and manages Cellent Americas strategy; he is in charge of developing the latam rollup of the company. His experience includes the develop of Novacash the first non banking debit card system in Latin America for buying on internet, mobile phones and money send system. In 2001 Antonio started ITegra a technology businesses development company with HQ in Buenos Aires, were he developed different IT businesses in latam. Such as Mobile2biz a marketing and entertainment mobile company, merged with Netpeople International the bigger gateway and mobile content company in Latam. He also developed MundoMovil, a provider of electronic prepaid voucher solutions that after a successful rollup in Argentina was sold to Cargaya.

Edward Tay Co-founder & Managing Director, North Asia
A veteran in the technology, media and telecommunication business in the region spanning mobile operators, satellite operators, internet service providers, telecommunication operators, television stations and production companies, media & advertising conglomerates, information technologies businesses. With strong corporate background in Hewlett Packard, International Business Machine, Keppel Transportation and Telecommunication and British Telecommunication plc, he brings fresh insights into the inner workings and management know-how from an international service provider and telecommunication operator perspective. His wealth of government connections into the communist regimes puts the company in good stead with all emerging and socialist economies in the region.

Robin Ng Director, Business Development, Asia Pacific
Robin has 10 years experience in the IT industry of which 7 years has been spent working in the wireless & mobile sector.
Robin heads and manages Cellent's Asia Pacific marketing and sales. A pro at market visualization, approach strategies, and sales initiatives, he brings with him a vast experience in the Wireless and Mobile Industries. His experience includes several years of successful businesses & projects in the emerging wireless and mobile services markets in Asia Pacific. He has a strong record of achievement in business development for technology and results-oriented organizations. His quick assessment, long-term strategy planning, along with knowledge of the core businesses of wireless and mobile, helps in providing the focus in mobile services and content strategies for the company.

Tim Verheyen Director, Business Development, Europe
Tim has a background in media management and production. His expertise lies in radio and television production, content development and management in the broadcasting industry. His special interest areas are cross-media and media convergence. He is keen on utilizing cutting edge information technologies and strategies to bring Cellent to the future with innovation. Tim has successfully executed projects all across Europe and Turkey.

Sherif A. Kozman Managing Director, Mena
Sherif holds a Bachelors of Information Technology and Communication from the Arab Academy of Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). He is the CEO and Founder of Extreme Solution which has been successfully operating in Egypt for 6 Years.
Leading and backing up one of the top most successful mobile SMS based service's in Egypt; Sherif has founded and maintained alliances with leading ISPs and portal providers in Egypt and the Middle Eastern/North Africa region.
Sherif has over 10 year's experience in data communication services and has a strong interest in organizational structuring and operation's management. He is well positioned to expand Cellent's standing in the MENA region through his solid base of contacts and exemplary track record in the region.

James Hales VP, Business Development
James brings over 15 years of experience in the communications sector to Cellent having worked in Business Development, Marketing and Sales roles in Telecommunications, IT (ERP, MRP and CRM Solutions) and Real Estate. James manages business development for Cellent internationally and works closely with all global offices to position our products and services to further strengthen the Cellent brand.
His career has encompassed business dealings with companies positioned throughout South East Asia, Australia, Europe, India and the United Kingdom. He prides himself on long term relationship building, customer retention initiatives and relationship management. He is committed to expanding Cellent's global presence and alliances with their innovative product and service offerings.
James' main areas of interest are in Business Psychology and creative and business writing.

Francisco R. Okecki Legal Director Americas
Francisco is leading the penetration to the Brazilian market and taking care of the overall business and corporate legal structure for Cellent Americas.
Francisco is a lawyer graduated from the Argentina Catholic University (1997) with specialization in commercial law, media and broadcasting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganization, intellectual property rights, telecommunications and technology and as an entrepreneur developing his own ventures with his partners in Itegra (www.itegra.com.ar) and in Altergaia (www.altergaia.com), this latter shareholder of Cellent Americas.
As a lawyer Francisco acquired his experience in the top Argentine Law Firm M. & M. Bomchil (www.bomchil.com) and as an entrepreneur Francisco acquired his experience in (a) e-commerce (he founded Amarata.com former Pampashop.com, leaded the e-commerce department of PSINet in Argentina and Uruguay), (b) mobile entertainment (he founded Mobile2biz merged in 2006 with Net People International www.netpeople.com); (c) the mobile prepaid recharge industry (he founded MundoMovil sold to Cargaya www.cargaya.com), (d) the mobile payment industry (he founded TopKash International www.topkash.com) and (e) the mobile marketing and advertising industry (he founded M4biz www.m4biz.com) and Bueeno www.bueeno.com).

José F. Ugarte VP, Carrier Relations
José leads carrier and handset manufacturer relationship for Cellent Americas. José worked at CTI Móvil – www.cti.com.ar -(GTE, Verizon and actually hold by América Móvil) expanding international roaming agreements and launching SMS services and content business (1998-2000) in the Marketing department. During 2001 he joined Telefónica Movistar’s – www.movistar.com.ar -business development department in Argentina where he worked on the launching of new services, coordinating the development of the new company´s website, defining premium content strategy, managing commercial relationship with aggregators, national and international licensors. During 2003 he got elected for a Corporate exchange program with Movistar Spain – www.movistar.es -, where he joined the Spanish business development team. In 2006 José joined Itegra -www.itegra.com.ar- a technology business development company, with headquarters in Buenos Aires. Itegra developed different technology businesses in Argentina since 2001, such as Mobile2biz -www.mobile2biz.com and www.futmovil.com-, merged in 2006 with Netpeople International -www.net-people.com-, MundoMovil S.A which after a successful rollup in Argentina was sold to Cargaya S.A.-www.cargaya.com- and TopKash International -www.topkash.com- a mobile payment company.

Mario Zorz VP, Operations Americás
Mario is leading the deployment of revolutionary content platform Mooga for big content providers and mobile operators for Cellent Americas (see www.infinitemoco.com and www.cellent.com).
Mario has more than 8 years of experience in mobile technologies, design, development and implementation of products and mobile solutions for different industries throughout Latin America. Always linked to telecommunications and development communities since his early days, his career takes a strong mobile orientation in year 2000 when joining Movilogic (www.movilogic.com), with several prizes won and mentioned in specialized press, particularly around the company handbanking product specially designed for BankBoston Brazil and MoviMap, the very first mobile navigation software made in LatAm launching it successfully with Renault Clio GPS limited series in Argentina and Mexico (Palm Excellence Award 2003). Mario was also the product head for salesforce automation solution, sold to many different industries.
In year 2004 Mario was hired by widely-known mobile operator Telefonica Moviles (www.movistar.com.ar), as VAS Senior Engineer, leading the WAP and PoC (PushToTalk Over Cellular) projects regionally. Remarkable experiences in Movistar are the RFP and design of CDS (Content Delivery System) repository, which is still one of the most renowned systems working on mobile operators today in the region; and the implementation of interoperability systems for PoC over CDMA and GSM in all Telefonica Moviles operations in Latin America, leading different teams of up to 70 people.
In year 2006 Mario was hired by Mobile2Biz a local content company later merged with NetPeople International (now ZED), as Southern Cone Regional IT Manager. Since year 2003 Mario helps in ZA Systems Development (www.zasysdev.com.ar), in the role of core R&D consultant
